the complete artist's box comprising a wooden relief painted in colours, the book 'Het gezicht van Karel Appel' by E. Wingen, justification, index and the set of seven screenprints in colours on wove paper with the original titled black cloth-covered portfolio, each screenprint signed and dated 'Appel 77', and numbered '193/300', book signed by Appel and Wingen from the edition of 300 + 50 HC, printed by ED screenprinting, published by Galerie Nova Spectra, The Hague . Signs of wear (corresponding with age) to the box and fine vertical cracks to the screenprinted lid, sculpture slightly rubbed at the edges and with a miniscule paint loss to the sculpture, very minor wear to the edges and corners of the screenprints, portfolio with two small hairline scratches, overall all items in very good condition.
