oil on canvas, signed and dated 'Fritz Vanèn '60' (upper right), dedicated and dated again 'Voor Anke en Henri bij de geboorte van hun zoon 11 mei 60' (on the stretcher). Some areas of craquelure, some flaking along right edge, a spot of paint loss in the lower right corner, a minor retouching in the lower left corner, in good condition. Framed in a gilded frame.
