Peter Mansell

Peter entered the fine wine trade in 1995 when he started working at Selfridges, working both on the shop floor and in the buying department. He joined Christie's Wine Department in early 2000 and now has 23 years experience of working in wine auctions, including 10 years as head of Christie's Amsterdam Wine department and 4 years as Senior Specialist for the department in London. He enjoys travelling and has travelled extensively to major wine producing regions including Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhone Valley and Rioja, as well as receiving a Graduate Diploma in Wine Business from the University of Adelaide.
